Join Poet Kate Bremer as she facilitates an afternoon of free writing inspired by poetry prompts, Nature and the Sacred 7 Sanctuary Herd. We often share our work and no editing or changes are suggested or made.

Here is a poem I wrote during one:
SPIRALS
I watch the spiraling curl of Sully the Pig's tail, reminding me life is an endless loop of prickly boar hair, straight and neat in some parts; frizzy and curled up in others.
I can see the swirls of hair all around me. On the faces of the horses. Some with double whorls on their foreheads and others with circles of light so big I wonder if there used to be a unicorn horn attached.
I hear Brother Wind saying don't forget me as He brings my attention to the rings around the Trees and the rings around the Sun and the rings around the Moon igniting a love for life and its mysterious coincidences planned by the Power above.
I am feeling the sun come in , bursts of Light like someone is covering a light bulb in the Sky giving me hints of what to shine a light on and when to honor the gray overcast skies.
